Event Description

The Lisa Unterberg Quartet will be presenting "The sad concert", which is not sad at all, due to its fine selection of classical music through the ages and the simultaneous slide show containing pictures from the Michael Rosen-Quentin Blake book "The sad story". There will be 2 concerts including a version for children and an adult version in the evening. The concert continues the Dormagen "extra-Voices for Hospices- concert series" started in 2001 alongside the worldwide "Voices for Hospices-event" for the benefit of the local Hospice and Palliative Care Movement in Dormagen/Rhineland near Cologne/Germany. The concert project was awarded the "Folkwang Musikhochschule Prize" (Essen) in 2007
