Event Description
The purpose of our action, "Difficult Conversation" is to make issued faced by terminally-ill patients in Russia recognized by the government and by society. Each must ackowledge that access to effective treatment is a human right. Substantial change is possible only if the government and civil society are willing to carry out a dialogue discussing existing problems. To assist others to begin a constructive dialogue, we have created the website.
