World Hospice and Palliative Care Day – Share Your Story

Stories can be a powerful way to give hope and inspire others.

We want to hear from you about your experience and understanding of hospice and palliative care. Whether you are a person living with a life-limiting illness, a carer or family member, a friend, an advocate, a health professional or a policy maker, we want to hear your story.

We also want to hear your stories about the events that you do for World Hospice and Palliative Care Day and Voices for Hospices. You can upload an image too.

Add your story or message, and your photograph if you wish, to this website to tell the world about hospice and palliative care.

View other people's stories about hospice and palliative care.

We look forward to hearing from you!
