Hospice and palliative care: a human right

What happened on World Hospice and Palliative Care Day 2007?

World Hospice and Palliative Care Day took place on October 6th 2007. 297 events were registered on the World Day website in approximately 70 countries worldwide. 432 Voices for Hospices concerts were registered in 58 countries. Have a look at the events that were submitted on the World Day website.

We were particularly delighted this year that the World Health Organization is now officially the co-sponsor of World Hospice and Palliative Care Day.
